Chi Nei Tsang is a very old Taoist practice of Chi Gong of the abdomen. 

It involves channeling chi thru the meridian systems of the body

by attention to breath.

This is a process not an event.

Mary Ellen will guide you to become familiar

with the proper functioning of your body

by movement of chi, breath, massage

and instruction in the ways of Chi Gong and how

the five elements affect your body.
